Kriat Kivun targets quality young adults at a crossroads in their career to create awareness about professions in public service while also providing practical work experience. The program trains, develops, accompanies and networks individuals interested in a meaningful career and having an influence on the public sector in Israel.
Kriat Kivun's Program Goals
The program’s goal is to create an ethos of public service while encouraging and supporting Kriat Kivun participants’ to enter into the public sector.The program aspires to see a rise of motivated young adults who enter into public service and an improvement in the quality of candidates vying for entry level positions, ultimately cultivating talent working together to improve the social and economic challenges of the State.
MAOZ also hopes to see at least 50% enter public service within a year of the program. MAOZ continues to support participants by: helping participants continue to work at their internship placement; accompanying participants as they apply to various state cadet programs; publicizing public sectors tenders among participants; continued professional guidance and mentorship; and ongoing training and networking with the greater MAOZ Network following the conclusion of the program.
