The MAOZ Fellows program aims is to enhance Israel’s civil society by strengthening its senior public leadership that, in turn, will have the necessary values and professional skills to tackle Israel’s most pressing internal social and economic challenges.

Fellows come from the public, nonprofit and private sectors and are at a point in their career where they are ready to advance or transition into a senior leadership position within the public sphere and initiate an important project or reform for the benefit of Israeli society. Each Fellow is driven by a sense of shlichut (personal calling) towards continuing the mission of building Israel as a worthy society.
