Professional background

Wisam began his career as a high school psychology teacher working with at-risk adolescents. He established and implemented programs for closing educational gaps and preparing students for matriculation. In his current role as director of the Arab Society Division at the Branco Weiss Institute, Wisam works as an instructor for schools and an advisor to municipal education systems. He also established programs for improving the education system in Arab society.

About

Wisam lives in Arraba in the Galilee with his wife Taghrid, and their children Luna, Miral and Majed. In his free time, he works in architecture and design.

Education

Wisam has a graduate degree in educational psychology and an undergraduate degree in behavioral sciences. He graduated from various professional development training programs for teachers and principals.
