Talor is an entrepreneur and investor in the field of digital health. He serves as CEO and partner at eHealth Ventures, a digital healthcare incubator, and sits on the board of several start-up companies. Talor has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in digital medicine companies in Israel, the United States and Europe.
A member of the Advisory Committee for the BioMed degree at the Hebrew University, Talor has served as a member of the advisory committee in the field of life sciences at the Israel Export Institute and various committees at HIMSS.
Talor is from Ofakim. He lives in Shoham, is married and has three children.
Talor holds a bachelor's degree in economics and computer science from Ben-Gurion University. He obtained an MBA with a specialization in finance from the Hebrew University and obtained a master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialization in health systems management from Tel Aviv University, a degree which he obtained in the framework of the INBAR Program.
