Saloa serves as Director of Human Capital, Service and Digitization and In Charge of Sexual Harassment & Workplace Diversity, Tayibe Local Authority. Previously, Saloa has served as Head of Human Resources and Payroll Department and Women’s Advancement Consultant, Tayibe. In that position she was in charge of leading and implementing organizational processes, strengthening and enriching the human capital as well as hiring new employees and overseeing the budget. She worked to set city policy for advancement of women in the city and the region. Saloa also volunteers in public social activity in nonprofit organizations for prevention of violence and sexual harassment against women. As a social worker she developed special services for young Arab women and unmarried Arab women. Saloa served as chairwoman of the authority’s workers’ committee and led an organizational struggle for salary payment and for maintaining employees’ rights.
Saloa lives in Tayibe with her husband and four children. In her free time, she volunteers in public social activity, likes to read and hike.
Saloa has an MA (with honors) in public policy from Tel Aviv University (2016) and a BA in social work from Haifa University.
