In 2008 Ronny joined Haaretz’s Business section, TheMarker, to launch a column on healthcare policy. Since then she has continued to research and write columns on the healthcare system with a focus on economic policies. Previously Ronny was a consumer reporter, researching and writing articles on topics ranging from the cost of living to exposing consumer injustices. Before that Ronny was the assistant to the CEO and Deputy Spokesperson of the Israel Consumer Council. In 2001 Ronny helped to found the Journalists Association and continues to be a member.
MA in Labor Studies and BA in Psychology and Communications, both from Tel Aviv University.
Ronny lives in Tel Aviv, and is mother to Beeri, Uri and Gali. In her free time, she loves cinema and literature, especially on the Holocaust, and at every opportunity visits Jerusalem, a city close to her heart.
