Moshe began working at the Tzohar HaLev Network in 2004, and in 2009 was appointed to become deputy director. He is the director of the institution branches in Ashdod, is active in the organizational-social area in the network and puts great emphasis on proper management alongside balanced budget and economic security.Additionally, Moshe is the CEO of a high school, seminary, and college operating in Ashdod that has branches throughout the country.
Moshe is from Ashdod and loves Ashdod. He is a believing Jew, and happy to be part of the Haredi sector. Moshe is married and is the father of nine children. He doesn’t really have free time, but he enjoys having fun with his children.
Moshe holds a bachelor's in special education from the Teacher’s Institute. He has training in organizational consulting from Tel Aviv University. He also studied management and marketing in the Haredi College for Professional Training and was in the first cohort of the MAOZ “Ashmoret” program.
