Professional background

Moshe is the Principal of the Pardes Hanna Agricultural School. For the past 4 years Moshe has managed the ORT Zeil in Lod. Before joining ORT, Moshe managed the legal clinic for monetary law in Bar Ilan University and was a member of the Board of National Clinicians. Previously, he taught at the Hesder Yeshiva in Petach Tikva and in a kolel, an institute for full-time, advanced study of the Talmud and rabbinic literature in Mevaseret Zion. Moshe is the founder of a religious study program, Beit Midrash, for Hebrew law in the Academic Center of Law and Science. 

About

Moshe resides in Nehalim. He is married to Tamar, a social worker, and together they have seven children. Moshe is the author of two books; one about teaching Talmud in Rabbi Kook’s Mishna, 2007 and the second is a compilation of the work of Rabbi Yitzhak HaLevi Herzog on the main institutions of Jewish law 2016. Moshe is at work on his third book, which will explore the spirit and values of the IDF. In addition, Moshe lectures on Jewish philosophy, law and education at local colleges.
