Since 2015, Inbar has served as the Senior Advisor for Social issues in the Ministry of Finance. From 2011 to 2014, Inbar served as the Senior Professional Consultant to the Minster of Welfare and Social Services. Her role included coordination of finances for the Minister, reforms on welfare matters and consultations on issues of strategy, policy and legislation.Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, Inbar was one of the founders of the Tachlit Reuyah – a party of lawyers that ran in elections for the Israeli Bar Association. Since 2010, Inbar has served on the Board of Directors at the International Center for Health Law and Ethics.From 2008 to 2011, Inbar worked as the legal counsel and Director of the Legal Department at the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel. At the same time, beginning in 2010, she served as the Director of the Rape Crisis Center in Jerusalem. From 2007 to 2008, Inbar worked as a lawyer focusing on policy, legislation and appeals in legal proceedings at Bizchut – the Israel Human Rights Center for People with Disabilities.From 2005 to 2007, Inbar served as an independent attorney. From 1997 to 2001, Inbar worked in various media jobs among them as an investigative journalist an arts and culture reporter.
Currently resides in Beit Zayit
Inbar holds a master’s degree in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a bachelor’s degree in law, with specialization in human rights from the Academic College of Law in Ramat-Gan. She is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, since 2005, and holds a certificate as a qualified mediator.
