Inbar serves as Engineer, City of Beit Shemesh. Previously, she served as CEO of the nonprofit New Spirit. Founded in 2003, New Spirit is an apolitical nonprofit that aims to strengthen Jerusalem with a focus on the city’s young people by utilizing creative economic development projects, local entrepreneurship, and innovation. Prior to that, Inbar worked in both the private and public sector managing building preservation for the Jerusalem City Council. Between 2016 and 2017, Inbar served as senior advisor to the planning bureau manager representing the Ministry of Finance.
Inbar was born and raised in Ashdod. A published writer, she currently makes her home in Jerusalem with her three children, Uri, Noga, and Noam
Inbar is a cum laude graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion.
