Hedva became the director of the Southern district of Clalit Health Fund in 2019. For the previous 18 months served as the fund’s administrative director and from 2014-2018 she was the administrative director of the Central district. In the framework of her position, she led processes to improve services in the district clinics and to advance employees of the administration and administrative directors in the district.From 2009 to 2015, Hedva managed the administration of Southern Negev, which is responsible for providing services over a wide geographic area for Clalit patients from the Bedouin sector. Previously, she was the administrative director of the largest medical center in the Southern district for five years.Hedva began her work at Clalit Health Fund during her national service as a volunteer in the office of the district director.In 2014, Hedva completed the Mandel Program for Community Leadership in the Negev, a program that emphasizes valued-based leadership.
Hedva was born in Beer Sheva where she still lives with her family. She is married to Eitan, an Electronics Engineer who teaches at a high school in Ofakim. She is the mother of four children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, and volunteers as amentor in various frameworks.
Hedva holds an MBA in business management and a bachelor’s in management from Ben Gurion University. In the framework of the INBAR program, Hedva is studying in the continuing education track in healthcare systems management at Tel Aviv University.
