Professional background

In 2009, Talia began working at Krembo Wings as one of the first employees, serving as VP of operations and training. In this role, she laid out the branches’ training and operations plans and managed the organization’s field operations. She was promoted to CEO in 2016. Between the years 2006-2008, she was a group facilitator and team member at The Michael Method (an organization seeking to utilize personal skills to promote excellence). She facilitated groups of elementary and high school students on how to better realize their potential. Talia was eventually promoted to team manager and she oversaw the organization’s facilitator training activities system.

About

Talia is 37 and lives in the HaMishtalah neighborhood in Tel Aviv. She is married to Aharon, who oversees the Dan district at the Matav organization. Talia is the mother of Alma (6), Gur and Micah (3.5-year old twins). She really loves people and enjoys meeting new people and learning from them. She also enjoys reading Hebrew poetry, listening to all sorts of music styles and traveling around Israel on weekends.

Education

Talia holds a bachelor's degree from the Hebrew University in international relations and political science (third year cum laude + completion of the degree with dean’s list honors). She holds a master's degree in management and organizational behavior from Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Business Administration. She also wrote a thesis on the impact of youth volunteering on their sense of self-worth and self-confidence.
