Asaf is a journalist and a presenter of the radio program "Kalman Liberman" on Kan radio, which broadcasts every morning to about 500,000 listeners. The program deals with daily current events in Israel and around the world and hosts influential Israeli guests such as politicians, economists, security officials and more.
Asaf also leads the investigative program "Real Time" on Kan’s television channel, as well as the weekly political program "Everything is Political".
In the past, he held a number of journalistic and managerial positions at Galei Tzahal radio station, including presenting the station's morning news and serving as deputy head of the station’s news department.
Today he is also a lecturer in journalism at Ariel University and broadcasts a music show on Kan radio.
A resident of Tel Aviv, Asaf is married to Iris and is the father of Be’eri (three years old) and Evyatar (one). In his free time, he enjoys playing chess and playing the piano.
Asaf obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics and theater from Tel Aviv University and holds a master’s degree in law from Bar-Ilan University.
